A residential project by Grupo JAF in Alcochete.

Villas do Tejo is a residential development in Alcochete, developed by JJF Sul, a Grupo JAF company, and built by JAF.

With eight homes and a total construction area of 1,905 m², the project combines a contemporary architectural language with private outdoor spaces and solutions geared to comfort and quality of living.

The municipal documentation identifies JJF Sul, Lda. as the applicant for the housing scheme on Rua da Bracieira.

From development to construction.

Villas do Tejo shows Grupo JAF’s ability to act at different stages of a property project. Development is carried out by JJF Sul, a Grupo JAF company, while JAF takes on the construction of the scheme, bringing property development and execution capabilities together within a single business structure.

Architecture, comfort and construction detail.

The project incorporates construction solutions geared to the quality of the residential spaces, articulating indoor and outdoor areas and integrating technical components selected to meet the demands of the design.

Glass balustrades

In the areas planned in the design, the balustrade is laminated glass without a handrail, using the View Crystal system with vertical fixing. The technical drawing specifies clear 88.2 laminated glass with arrised edges, rated Classe A-Excelente under standard UNE 85240 and a reference resistance of 1.0 kN/m.
