JAF was responsible for building this residential project in Verdizela, made up of two detached houses on a 5,060 m² plot, with private swimming pools and a reinforced concrete structure adapted to the layout of the site.
Each house is laid out over a ground floor and a lower floor, with a private swimming pool, giving two pools totalling 171.26 m².

Structure and layout
Reinforced concrete structure, adjusted to the site.
The build rests on a reinforced concrete structure, with isolated and combined pad footings sized for the layout and topography of the plot. The siting of the two houses takes advantage of the slope, distributing the usable floor area between the ground floor and the lower floor.
